Due to the nature of our luxury hair products, all sales are final. This includes wigs, bundles, and loc extensions.
❌ No Refunds or Returns
We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
🔎 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at www.bellocs.com.
Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
If approved, we will issue a store credit or replacement. We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after the 48-hour window.
📦 Shipping Issues
Bèl Loc’s is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages once shipped. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
